PLEASE! For the love of God fix your server lag! Nothing like trying to hit enemies that teleport all over the place.

Lol, and you know it is server lag how? More than likely it is on the players end.

Hit that small arrow next to the Quickplay button and untick the Oceanic server.

I get a 15-20 ping on NA servers consistent and euro 100-130. Don't know what you are experiencing but I am willing to bet it is not the servers but individuals various crappy connections.

I figure it is their servers due to the fact this has only started with the last patch. I am on NA servers and get pings of 50 -70. Still happens. Add to this the client crashes and 30 or so error reports sent, and the number of dropped connections from team mates and opponents alike.

It's not server based, but there are people out there playing with bad latency.

Sometimes it's ISP based. Occasionally my ISP (AT&T) and PGI's ISP (I can't remember, want to say OGP, but that's probably not right) have peering issues causing my NA ping to match the Euro server ping (because the route to the NA server starts being sent through Europe instead of direct to Canada).

I have a whole diatribe ready for the people who are manipulating their latency, though, but I'll try and keep it to myself...

Considering they admitted they are having server issues here.

And it has been a inconsistent month, I can admit that there could be anomalies in game. Haven't noticed myself.

Yeah I'd read that when they posted it. It doesn't mention latency but server connectivity as being the problem.

Latency issues != connectivity issues.

While you could have both, one doesn't necessarily mean the other is automagically there too though...

I've been authorized to tell all of you why your connection to the PGI servers has been spotty at best lately. Clan Diamond Shark has resorted to extreme measures to get PGI's attention. We will be acknowledged, otherwise we will ramp up our attacks.

They've already announced that there is an issue, and that they're working on it and said it's problems with their servers.

Not sure what else they can do
