If melee was in the game I would totally buy some mechs like the hatchetman, axeman, charger and many other fist bashing hand weapon wielding mechs.

Speaking of the Dire Wolf, Warhawk, and Adder tops, why don't they have a bonus to blocking LRM damage? Wasn't that the entire point of that slab of metal, or am I mistaken?

I can't recall any fluff on that, though that's obviously not definitive.

I agree with the OP. I am really tired of events that require me to play every fricken day or miss out on the prize.

But you don't have to play every day.

This challenge requires you to have twelve points and there are fourteen playing days - so you can have two days off.

While this is true. I have completed every other challenge except that one so it would be able to play as I pleased, not HAVE to log in and play 12 of 14 days.

I dont really like "play everyday" event, because i often CAN play for many days and many hours straight but when those event happens, its when i have to get away from the screen.

On the other side, i dont need the GI, and PGI made the mc reward attainable through binge playing, so i guess im complaining about something that doesnt affect me...for now. Still dont like it...
