I'm getting sick that I can't pay with my Mastercard for the founders program. I tried my own and my friends... but both are not possible to pay with.

I beg that you do something about this... you loose allot of money from me and my friends here in Europe... So far I have counted 8 friends with the same problem.

I paid with my Mastercard (granted, Canada). I did have to create an account with their pay provider, and then use IE to get the pop-ups and scripts to run though.

Different countries have different laws regarding credit cards and online purchases. OP might not be able to do it at all.

Can you set up paypal or a similar service?

Used a Mastercard with no problems, but I'm in the US also.

Resubbed to EVE Online recently but couldn't use my MC for it. I had twice had my CC# stolen (no doubt via some of the recent hacking of game companies). So when my bank saw a charge from Iceland they just refused it. I ended up buying a game time card from a US vendor. So there are different reasons for stuff like this. I probably could have called my bank and gotten the payment accepted though, maybe that would work for you?

I'm from Singapore and I paid with my Debit Mastercard.

I've read a post indicating that most Europeans do not own Credit Cards and use Debit Cards instead. These may be distributed by MasterCard but not all banks allow the use of Debit Cards for online purchases.

The best thing to do is check with your bank to determine if your card can be used for internet banking/online purchases, and if not can they provide you with a new card that is able to do those things.

U.S. here and I payed with Mastercard.

I live in US. I paid for founders with my PAY card (ie my company no longer issues checks). It is a debit/credit card by mastercard.

A: I suggest using PayPal and not the other provider...Paypal is a little more reliable from what I have read.

B: The problem may be that your address used did not match the address on file.
Example:

0123 Monterey Hwy APT 456
vs
0123 Monterey Hwy
APT 456

It may look the same, but the difference between using one address line or both address lines can cause issues with some processors. Precision is key in this case. Best way to figure this out with out hassle is just to look on your statement...use the address on it...precisely.

Called the bank and they say nothing is wrong with my crad and it should work... I tried now for about 8 times with capital letter and without. I tried every combination in the book but no luck so far... I guess I'm stuck to paypall... Will try this tomorrow.
