BlackDragonAshe and I wanted to show people what works vs AMS and what is not working as many people are asking questions about it so here is a triple AMS kitfox with Overload and Range Modules with all the quirks for the kitfox as well makes it a very good support mech to have..

Thanks for this vid. It helped me understand AMS a bit better and it's strengths and weaknesses. One question though. I noticed that when you turned the Kit Fox it seemed to lower the effectiveness of the AMS a bit. Would this happen to a 'Mech running the more common single AMS or was it simply because your Kit Fox was running 3 crammed together and the were interfering with each other when you turned?

Based on the video, it looks like the srms and streak srms are taken out as long as they are above the shoulder line (AMS height). This video was very informative and appreciate you guys taking your time to make it.

Cool vid.
Yet another reason to stick with your teammates, if several of you are packing AMS it will greatly reduce the damage from LRM fire. SRMs, hmm. The odd reliability, sometimes firing, sometimes not, is a little concerning.

Sorry, bro, no it wont.

AMS is wasted tonnage and at best 'liquid bravery'. If your team runs multiple Kitfoxes, you have problems regardless LRMs.

5LRM5 is a potato harvesting build. Only Trolls run it anymore. Now that C-LRM20s are half decent, LRM40 should be the testing minimum.

Instead equip a Radar Dep Module and use cover.
