Here's to the hope that too many people didn't end up too enraged to not pick up on a fix and extension like this. Otherwise PGI's got a bumpy road ahead, something to the effect of "might have to do another Mech Bay Sale in 6 months, instead of a full year".

Almost... Just to be "Critic's Advocate" here, "Well Handled" really should mean they didn't let a bug like this happen in the first place... But yeah, PGI's full of buggy humans, right?

Yeah, that would kind of go hand-in-hand with the Mech Bay Sale. I can only imagine the number of people who didn't do their Hero Mech Purchases yet because they choked from the hiccup on the Mech Bay Sale.

I messed it up, even tho I had free ones. I wanted to buy the stuff in the morning, and stopped as the mechbay price was wrong. Golden Boy needs to wait till the next sale then

10 mech bays, locust pack and origins set for under 100 and still a nice stash of MC left over. Not too shabby.

Got 18 mechbays even though I couldn't by some good amount of MC. It's a very good sale after all. Oh, and I bought the Medusa also. Hope to see more Clan mechs in a sale next time.

Added an extra 10 mechbays for the sheer hell of it so I have 70 free.... because you can (almost) never have enough....

I've got like 140 unused bays so I never realy payed attention to it...

Yeah well... I'm one to appreciate MWO bringing BTECH back to the PC - but I'm sorry: A 24-hour extension does not make up for the 3 days the sale was buggy.
I was looking forward to an extension - but lo and behold had to work late the same day, and my work place has game site filters.... so I am STILL without my 4-8 Mech bays... until further notice ...

Should have extended a full 48 - 36 hours IMO... - but thanks anyway I guess....

Hmm, I think you meant 48 to 72 hours?

Anyway, sorry to hear you still got caught out in the cold. I had posted above that I thought PGI should have made a better, proper extension. We'll have to hope PGI does another good Mech Bay Sale in 6 months, then. Otherwise, it will be a full year before you have another chance.

But while we're here... how I wish I hadn't bought another 25 bays prior to realising what the Skill Tree will do.

I realise now I will be selling all the cr4ppy Mechs I never intend to re-Master, not buying new ones.
