Unlike all the other previous "big announcements" like the horrendous map change and the erectile dys..., I am ok with everything that's been announced so far.

All these changes are quite pleasant. I love the idea of a customizable skill tree. I just hope that "legacy" GXP is not 50% of new GXP, cause I worked REALLY REALLY hard to unlock all my mech XP and GXP. (I hope it's 1 to 1 trade so that players that worked on those dumb things forever can jump right into the new system without regrind)

Though I am a little concerned about the balance of various trees. For mechs like locust, they came with 2 additional module slot than... say... EBJ. I hope the new system doesn't equalize them both. But I'm sure PGI has thought of that and balance it somehow.

I still hope down the line that each mech will get their own "special attack" like the death blossom (I am sorry, that video someone made is too damn funny) for the urbie to truly make each and every mech special. But that's more of a pipe dream.

For now, I am a-ok with everything. I thought the new Roughneck stole too much from the loader bot in Alien, but I welcome that, cause it opens up the door for MW4 Hellhound. In fact, because canon can be so easily achieved, I am expecting that this means A LOT of mechanics change that can benefit game play no longer has to draw inspiration from the lore (as we now know that lore is VERY flexible)

So I am definitely looking forward to new contents. And unlike you guys, I haven't spent 2-3 years already for the change. For me, to get new things after 11 months, it's like getting a new game. I am excited for the first time ever since the consecutive defeat at the hands of map change and erectile dys...

Good job, PGI. Looking forward to future contents.
