It's supposed to be a Loader King though. Not a Dig Lord or Dig King.
But yeah, it's a pretty cool way to make a new mech. Just a shame they decided to do it with a 65 ton heavy battlemech instead of a 30 ton light mech (Dig King).
So I take the Dig King and Loader King to be the same industrial mech put to the different purposes. Dig lord is the 65 ton remake of the Dig king. Likewise the Roughneck is 65 tons. The militarized equipment for the Dig Lord is:

Dig LordArmed Mining 'Mech is protected by eight tons of Heavy Industrial Armor. It also removes the traditional equipment used in the
Dig Lord and replaces it with a single

BattleMech Turret on the left torso, and a
Medium VibroBlade in the right arm. The vibroblade is made more deadly with the addition of an
Actuator Enhancement System. This 'Mech isn't intended to face dedicated BattleMech forces, but instead support vehicles and infantry against lighter units. BV (2.0) = 698

Compare that to an AC10, SRM4, SL, and MG's.
