Your thoughts? How likely are we to see these guys?

Try good mechs, like the Mad Cat Mk II, Piranha, Kingfisher, or anything else made by glorious Clan Diamond Shark.

I just don't get the want for the Flea, it's a bad Locust..... No seriously, the Locust does everything the Flea does, and does it better...
As for the Guardian, why would you want a 15t mech that runs at 64km/h?
Your Prey Stalker I've never heard of it in 20-ish years of TT....
As for my wants, well king among them is this pretty bird:

The Phoenix Hawk LAM was the largest Land-Air 'Mech produced during the Star League. Allied Aerospace reworked their designs for conversion equipment and the size of the LAM, learning from their mistake with the Shadow Hawk LAM and the success of the Stinger LAM. The resulting LAM was the largest LAM ever constructed capable of remaining in AirMech mode. Unfortunately, large Land-Air 'Mech conversion technology was not fully researched before the fall of the Star League, and the Phoenix Hawk LAM frequently met its end due to the occasional glitch. The end of the Star League and destruction of the Allied Aerospace facilities at the beginning of the First Succession War prevented further development and refinement
PHX-HK1
- Developed for the Star League Defense Force Royal Divisions in 2692, this variant of the Phoenix Hawk LAM used four Medium Lasers and a single ER Large Laser as its main firepower. Twelve double heat sinks kept the heat curve low, but the limited fuel, armor, and maneuverability made the Phoenix Hawk LAM easy prey for AeroSpace Fighters of the same weight. It could maneuver fast enough to evade heavier foes however.

Thorn and Mercury(predecessor of all omnimechs!) could be some nice additions.
The flashman(bigger urbie) and the chameleon would be nice too.
The rest isnt, really, to my liking.
Edit: Man i forgot the flea ... hell ... we need the flea!

Honest guess ... not very likely. The way I see it, with MW5:M announced, and focusing on a 3015 merc unit, I think it's now increasingly likely that PGI will start exploring the thus-far unreleased part of the TRO3025 staples. MW5:M "needs" those Crusaders/Stingers/Wasps/Dervishes etc., rather than these in-timeline rare 'mechs.
Though who really knows, I'm not sure we can expect PGI to do what'd be most "obvious" in terms of lore. Not really meant as an insult, they've just repeatedly surprised me with the 'mechs chosen for release.
I would love the Chameleon.

Regarding Flea, Mercury, Flashman, Thorn, Chameleon, Thunder Hawk: No reason why not. It's probably a matter of both of whether the design team has the resources to build it and (probably more importantly) the potential cash it could bring in.
Prey Stalker? I don't know that one.
The Guardian isn't likely because of its apocryphal status.
Mechs I want to see in game are:
Grizzly
Horned Owl
Incubus
Naga (though I know it's not going to happen because we don't have Arrow IV in game)
Phantom (should be released this coming year as it is a 3052 model)
Stone Rhino
Annihilator (carrying two LB10X's in each

To Whom It May MechWarrior 4 Concern:
Because the MW4, Microsoft-designed mechs are all from 10 years out from the MWO timeline I feel highly confident none of those will make it into MWO.
Since I've been pretty good about predicting some MWO content so far (us being dropped off in drop ships, mission based game modes for example) I feel confident in saying that no matter how much people ask for the MW4 mechs, they will never make it into MWO. But hey...MW5Mercs around the corner.

Hollander
Piranha
Cougar
Toro
Razorback
Flea
Urbanmech IIC
...and any other light 'Mech, really, although those are the ones I'd say I'm most interested in seeing. Seriously, we need more lights. Every new release in any other weight class at this point just pounds another nail into the coffin of an already mostly dead queue.
Those, plus the Uziel, Argus, and (yeah right) Hatchetman, which are the only 'Mechs over 35 tons I could possibly be talked into paying for at this point. I'm not even 100% sure I'd pay for those, since the Bushwacker is also a favorite of mine but not one I'll drop money on. The art would have to be exceptionally sexy (even compared to the high standards we're used to in that department) to make the case.

2. A 20 ton Light with Jump Jets... which is the Wasp.
3. Inner sphere Light - The Wasp.
4. THE MOTHER HUMPING WASP.
...oh, and an Urbanmech Hero.
