Not a game changer exactly but worth considering:

Won't having unified fronts finally allow all houses/clans to talk and coordinate drops in the Faction lobby tab? Just something I hadn't thought of until I saw IDI calling for more pugs just now and ofc, only getting Kuritans. In 4.1 won't that same lobby reach every member of the inner sphere? Or is that the one remnant of the Houses that will stay, keeping the IS from coordinating

It's been stated that it is essentially Clan vs IS

So one would assume it won't be Kurita vs Falcon anymore. Just mixed queue, anyone can join any match.
The part that matters for your faction is the planet you vote for, taking that - only way, is to win games and move the ToW bar towards your side victory.
