I've been recently (for science) testing LRM and sensors effects. Unfortunately, the CPLT-C4 has only one module slot, so only target decay and no targ. info. speedup.

This way I've been (kinda) forced to implement the reviled command console. While it's effects text is somewhat detailed, there's no way whatsoever to divine the combined effects of BAP and CommCon.

BAP: Increases sensor range [25%], speeds up targeting data [???%], and can detect shutdown 'Mechs at close range [???m]. Counters ECM [range???].

We'd like to have this level of explaining text:
CommCon: Increases sensor range, zoom, and speeds up targeting data.
Zoom level 1 boost: 30%
Zoom level 2 boost: 37.5%
Adv Zoom boost: 52.8%
Sensor range boost: 6%
Targ. time boost: 42.5%

PS: sensor range boost 6% for CommCon??? Meager at best.
