Does anyone know if the Sun Zhang Cadre are still an active unit?

Are there any teaching units or academy themed units in any faction at the moment?

I'm a new player and have been enjoying the challenge of learning the game, It seems like an
EvE-Uni style academy would be a big benefit.

I'm around players in game all the time who are more than helpful and are willing to share tips. That's great and I really appreciate it. o7 Colonel B!

I'm just thinking of something more structured. For those who have not played EvE, I'd bet you've heard about the learning curve. Thank-you EvE-Uni for ongoing years of service.

Seems to be you need to join a unit and hope they know what they are doing.
