Thank god I didn't have to personally watch them fail, though if I had been able to, just how badly would I have had to have failed!?!?!

Anyway, I have nights where it's like that, game after game after game after game of me getting the highest damage output of the 24 players on the field, but still ending up on the losing side. Me in my slow moving, sub-50 point alpha, KGC (dual gauss, dual ERLL).

Yeah, my feelings start getting hurt by Match Maker after a bit...

This screenshot below was tragic, me and a lance split off on crimson over the saddle for what I thought was going to be a two prong attack. Instead they cap and give away our position and die. This print screen shows what my hard work was carrying...

Also take note, this commando just happened to find the enemy cyclops shutdown with a RED core but couldnt kill it with a single flamer. After ages. the cyclops woke up and realised.

Some days you're the pigeon, some days you're the statue. There's also a weird cognitive dissonance that seems to have infected the playerbase, wherein it seems actual physical pain is experienced by some when they see someone else just screwing around or playing to have fun...

Reminds me of when the NCIX Cent dropped I had a game with 13 of them, and 11 were on my team. Mostly base configs, probably unmastered. Matchmaker just likes to have a laugh now and again and you'll get the team where everyone's in FUN 'mechs.

It's hard to see anyone having "fun" doing sub 50 damage in a game consistently.
