Suggestion: Every three months, stats get archived, and tiers get reset back to tier 5.

Based on how far into the tiers a player got in those three months, give amounts cbills, xp, gxp, and maybe even a random colour and single use camo.

On the week of every tier purge, have an event called "pug week", where you have a small tier/psr related competition to celebrate.

regardless of form of implementation, it would lead to extended seal clubbing, which is harmful for the lifetime of the game. no thanks.
