If me and my roomy are in the same match I get discoed if he leaves the match after he dies. Happens every time and only when he is in the same match as me, if he is queuing separately I don't get any random discos.

I think this is a common issue from players connecting from the same home network. My son and I have the same issue. After a match, when viewing the score, if one of us exits the match, it takes the other out as well. It also does what you are describing if one of exits the match before the end of the match, it will boot the other person as well.
Right now our home network is setup using DHCP to issue an I.P. address to each computer. I am going to try to set up a static IP for each computer to see if this will resolve the issue.
