I have a PC that downloaded new patch and it kept saying The files download are corrupted. retried it 7 times. The patcher system seems to have a problem with Windows 10. needs to be investigated. I'm having to reinstall the ENTIRE thing through the repair tool because main patcher don't seem to work.
I also have friend who's pc was only able to get to the install base of the game's patcher on Windows 10 and once it got to the install base phase, it closes itself out. PGI. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? We had reports of this going on and no attempt was made by you guys to fix it.

We very rarely receive reports of this issue occurring for players, and when this does occur usually MD5 errors are caused by either a firewall or anti-virus software interfering with the download/patch process. Did you try at all temporarily disabling your antivirus software or adding MechWarrior Online as an exception to your firewall settings?
Also the Repair Tool is a good workaround if you're running into this issue with the initial download process, however if you(or your friend) does continue to encounter this issue with subsequent patches, please feel free to send us a message over at technical@mwomercs.com as we can provide more detailed and personalized support for you.
Thanks

We did that. Another issue were encountering is this.
"FRead did not read expected number of byte from file, only 128 of 0 bytes read."
Were running this game on Solid State Drives so I dont get why this is occurring but its happening after just simply logging in.

Tried reinstalling again in fresh and got a MD5 Check Error Once more and its on the entire base on a 15gb base install. Anti-virus wasn't running nor anything else. Are you sure your MD5 Checking system is functional with windows 10? I never had this problem when i was installing it on Windows 8.1 or 7.
