Greetings MechWarriors. Today I have a simple question. Assuming that the skill tree either increases DHS dissipation by 10% or reduces weapon heat by 10% which would be better? (E.g. 17-18 IS DHS and Laser Vomit* or PPCs.)

*2-3 IS LPL and 4-6 IS ML. For sake of argument, we must also assume that energy weapons will run 10% cooler without the need for investing in multiple weapon systems.

Yes.

As in, you will need both, mandatory, on any energy build. Welcome to the meta. Now stick more lasers on your mech and stop overheating! Heat management is for babies!

If at any point I can't cook a dozen eggs in my cockpit, I feel that I either don't have enough lasers, or need to shoot more!
