I had quite a lot of DCs too and some heavy lags.
Not that lags are new since 2 patches ago when they put in more telemetrics and tripled lag occurance and durations.
But I had several times already that I aimed right at enemy CT - and could not fire and jumped back in cover. Or into enemy pack.
