At Black Friday, wasn't it only the steam packs themselves which were off? I installed the steam client and linked it to my non steam account to get the 4 packs but I don't remember the corresponding mechs all being discounted. i'm 99% sure some of them weren't as I now have several chassis with just S version mechs awaiting companions which will no longer be needed under the new skill system.

Jade Kite only just released for purchase with MC this month, so it isn't eligible for inclusion in the sale this time around.

C-bill grind is extremly painful in this game. Is where easy way to get multiple SteamPacks on one account - so can get fancy (S) drop deck of 3xCauldronBorn + 1xShadocat?

So are discounts happening on 'Mech Packs purchased on the website store? Current indications point towards it not being the case, but I want to be sure because I would like to get a 'Mech Pack from there.

i think it's quite silly you tricked me to buy 'old' steam packs with halloween at the same discount currently being given for 'new' steampacks... could have at least included the steam performance partners for the old variants too with the x-mas deals.

To do that you'd need one medium pack and three heavy packs and they only let you buy the heavy packs once at a time (you cannot add multiple copies to the shopping cart), and each DLC content purchase would need a seperate login and linking to your mwo account. It could all be done in about ten minutes.

The steam pack discounts are for the steam performance pack DLC purchased thru the steam website mwo store page and linked into your mwo account login via the steam client version of MWO.

The in-game store sale is only for the basic variants of the mech chassis in those performance packs (for those who might need to own two more variants to achieve the set of 3 rule skill unlocks....which of course is going away in a few months under the new skill tree system).
