Team,
Just wanted to give some feedback on MWO and a idea that may make battles and the maps come alive. Over the 2 years I have played I had trouble putting my finger on why everything just looks abandoned and not very engaging. I do like how items are becoming more dynamic like posts busting open to fire and trees being knocked down and I love the new commander informational alerts that come in that make the battle a bit more alive, but more can be done. If this is a war going on I would love to see ground troop movement happening like troop deployments, troops running into builds, battles happening on the streets and jets/deployment craft flying over. This could add to the dynamic nature of battles and give the player more of engaging experience that is taking place other then just mechs blasting each other. You could also add to this experience with the game modes. Take for instance as you are capping points you have troops coming in to take over the base as you capture it. Not only that but it may open more consumables that could be added like surprise attacks by the troops on mechs with rockets vs just the standard air strike. I think this would help the experience of being in the war, chaos everywhere air, land, and sea. I thank you for reading and want to say I love the game and this is by no means an attack just an observation and a suggestion on work that keeps getting better.

I'd like to see tiny people firing machine guns from the balconies of buildings
Dog cats Birds and deer fleeing the area when a mech approaches

They are starting to do that now. On Crimson you see the bats or birds fly from the tree once it gets shot.
