So, in MWLL, there is a Rifleman variant, the G variant I believe, called Aftershock. It's a nasty machine, utilising mid- to long-range arsenal consisting of twin PPCs and twin AC10s. After the Rifleman came to MWO, I wanted to mimic the Aftershock in game and, after some Smurfy gymnastics, finally have managed to reach a passable copy. Here it is, for all the critique:
RFL-AFS "Aftershock"
Note that I am using LB10X ACs as opposed to AC10s. This is mainly because of tonnage constraints.

I run that build on my Night Gyr, no joke. However, the Rifleman can't do that. The weapon combination itself works well, but the tonnage constraints on the Rifleman are really holding it back. Not only is the rifleman squishy fully armored, but you're cutting out a lot of armor to fit on the weapons, AND you are running an IS XL engine. This will pop quickly to almost any fire, and it's too slow to evade anything.
Here is how I would build this. I know your point is to run 2x AC 10 2x PPCs, but that's an assault mechs build, and the Rifleman isn't a Clan mech. I took off one LBX-10, and added 4 heatsinks, maxed armor, and bumped the engine up to 275.

Alternatively, you could run this.

This is the same as the above build, but you drop 4 heatsinks and a PPC to add another LBX-10.
Anyways, I like the idea of the build, and I run PPC's and LBX on almost everything I can possibly run it on, but the Rifleman is hindered by tonnage and the fact it's an IS mech.
