Now the rewards aren't particularly awesome for these days , but I am worried about the fact that the days require a specific type of FP match to be played. FP resets every 8 hours, but if you aren't there around reset you might only get to play while the needle is buried deep into invasion only mode (like it is as I type).

At least with the Escort days we had a random chance every match to be able to choose Escort, a chance it was actually chosen, a chance to be on the right team, and a chance to win. So yeah, it was a little iffy, but it was more about just grinding out matches than possibly having no chance at all. (and I did both of them fairly easily)

True. Scouting is easily done in FW but Skirmish/Assault/Conquest on FW is much harder to pull off unless you time it right. Even then, you have to win. PGI didn't think it through, for this event.

Yeah, its a little frustrating. At least these days are all just standing items, while the useful rewards like MC and c-bills and xp are all challenges that you will get by just playing whatever.

SO far, I've played FW4.1 1bout 8 times.. I had only 2 Skirmishes..

I trully hate situational events, or anything of that sort.. If this is like this, and that is like that, than you can do this and that, but only if that is done first - That's simply a bad business model, and i never use anything like that.

That also applies to winning as attacker on Escort.. Only played as attacker once so far.. always as defender..

And it's hard enough to get people to vote for escort as it is..

so this all means I have about a 90% chance to miss those parts of the event, and with it, the only rewards I care about..

Oh well..
