While I am 100% content with my choice of Hunchback some other may not be. So I suggest shortly after cutting off the founders pack giving Elite Founders the option to re-select their Founders mech just once to more or less "finalize" their choice.
So if the founders packages sale ends August 7th with the start of the founders beta then have players be given the option to finalize their mech choice by the 10th?

Honestly since they're prime variants I doubt that many people will use them except for when they're just getting started for the extra money. I went with the Jenner though since I'm thinking of going scout, and it will be the most rare mech in the game.

I don't think so. expect to see founders mechs kicking *** for a long time into the life of the game if not until eternity. You can modify the mechs as well.so expect to see very varying builds.
As for OP. DEVS said they are looking into this.

I am perfectly aware. I also don't plan on switching my off from my founders Hunchback. However I know many people are choosing the Atlas and Catapult simply because they either want to play fire support (and might thoroughly suck at it) or want to get the costliest mech out of the way. Having this option would more or less let them play with the mechs for a few days and see which one they really want.
