Unfortunately, as PGI even stated in their Dec 20th hotfix notes, The majority of skilled/experienced players and units ARE ON CLANS... so any attempt at balancing the mechs is merely nothing more than an attempt to offset the average skill level of the clan population... The nerfs came as a result of the IS's lack of skilled players, end of story...

I.S. merc units took 2 tags during the same attack phase.

There are actually 4 I.S. tags on the map now, although #4 is hard to find since it is showing an I.S. unit with clan tag.

Clans might as well surrender now.

Im pretty sure they acknowledged it was both. If you dont believe me, reread the desiegners notes and phil's spoilers on last nights ngng podcast. Xl's are gettin a facelift next year.

And congrats to isen! Bout time someone was able to shove back the clanners. We gon do it again tonight FRR!!!

So you got enough of your guys into the queue to earn a planetary tag while the merc workhorses got the phase victory for the IS side?

Well, small victories and I guess congratulations are in order.

IS standard engines are TOO powerful. They need to be nerfed so that if an IS player loses a side torso that they suffer penalties the same as a clan omni's XL engine.

I was wondering who else was dropping last night on oceanic time zone.

228th had a mostly full group running also. It was great to have another group winning also, made taking the planets much easier.
