Cant Log On To The Game

So I just downloaded the game on steam for the first time and its been months and months since I last played.

So I try to login but its says that the servers are down due to server maintenance wich is false.
Ive tried to reset my ip, tried googles dns both for ipv4 and 6, installing the game without steam and nothing works.

Some help here would be real nice.

Try using VPN and see if you able to connect. This is a check on if your ISP is blocking a port, or if not your ISP a router system that your signal is passing through.

I would also suggest reviewing your firewall settings/logs.
