Tried to post this on the Website Support forum, but apparently I'm not allowed to do so there.
I have to say - I'm sad I found this issue too - since I'm the site so long every day, just watching the infuriatingly unchanging Pending status that this is going to drive me crazy.
I'm using Google Chrome (21.0.1180.41 beta-m) and I just happened to notice that when you hover the MechWarrior Online logo at the top of the page, and move the mouse to the right (over to say 'Home') that the logo resizes but about 5 pixels or so.
Cannot unsee. Please fix!

Must be your computer. My non-beta Chrome works just fine, with no resizing issues. I would have noticed something like that a long time ago, as Chrome is my main browser and I visit the site quite often.

The current version of chrome doesn't have that issue. Bring it up to the chrome devs since you are using a beta version.

I also do not have this problem using Mozilla. Sounds like a Chrome issue to me.

Read the [redacted] stickies please.

On a more related note, I also have seen the logo mysteriously re-size by a tiny fraction upon mouse-over while using Chrome

Must be this - Chrome on my desktop at home? Non-issue. Laptop at work? Annoyance.
Sounds like that is your problem couldn't figure it out for the life of me then stopped by local computer store and was talking to owner he helped me figure it out. He said only fix is to use mouse and disable track pad.
