how to join the clan to friends?

sorry, I am not quite sure what you are asking
if your freind is part of a unit and you want to join that unit, first you will most likely have to break your "contract" with Ghost Bear, then after a cooldown period of I think 7 days they can invite you.
if you already have your own unit and want your freind to join it first you must make sure your freind does not have a contract, then you send your freind an invite to your unit.
if those do not answer your question please ask the question again phrased diferantly so I can (hopefully) figure out what you mean.
p.s. I am not trying to offend you, I understand English is probably not your first language.
