G'day, how are we?

The game crashes on me to blue screen in faction play frozen city. did it for me today, twice yesterday (one after a rejoin) and once last week. only seems to do it for me on frozen city faction play (skirmish im pretty sure)

todays episode just before the crash the mech stopped then froze, in game voip was still coming through clear, tried to get task manager up but to no avail.

plays quite nicely on all other maps and modes inc other f/play scenarios

i thought it might be a bad patch so ive deleted the standalone client and all the associated stuff and loaded on a fresh steam based game and still same result.

very sorry but i don't have any crash error numbers or reasons. something about a memory loss maybe? and some counter that goes up at a rate of knots.

is it just me or are others having similar issues?
Should i maybe look at the h/ware of my oldish potato?

Thanks for your time

A BSD means your system/potato is tanking. It may not be doing on the other maps yet, but FC is simply pushing it just enough to make your system crash.

Check temps, fans are running properly. Are you overclocking anything, CPU, GPU, memory?

Run Speccy and post your system info.

I'm having the same problems. All software fully updated. I7 2600K @ 4.5ghz, 16gb RAM, AMD 7970 Lighting @ 1150/1500. All temps are fine. MWO is crashing the gpu driver causing a fatal error putting MWO into a loop. When reloading back into current match it crashes again locking the whole system.

the temps should be fine i cleaned all the dust out a few days before, all fans are going fine as far as i can tell. there is nothing overclocked.

as far as im aware all of my drivers and system is up to date

Specs are as follows

win 7 64bit
dx11
i5 4570 @3.2
10g ram no idea what speed... still shows up on dxdaig so i dont think ive dropped any
geforce gtx 750 4gig
plenty of space on the h/drive (about to up it to a ssd, the current one is 5 years or so old and there was a sale)

all seems to be one step over the recommended specs for the game, but after about 5-10 mins into it it'll throw the dreaded blue screen up. even after you rush like a madman and re-join only to crash again. im so sorry fellow team mates
