If any want there could be fun to spend some hardpoints (by desire) for small-med lasers that shoot automatically backward to enemies.

There are a few mechs that actually have rear-facing weapons in the Lore including the Wolfhound and Linebacker.

There is also the Rifleman that can flip its arms over and back.
