You ought to be okay, but you're not going to be maxing out the graphics. I'd recommend not running at your native resolution either.

The CPU might be a problem as well, they said the engine prefers quad cores and they hope to optimize it a bit for dual cores.
I really hope they do, since I'm also stuck with a dual core cpu :D

Your really going to struggle with that 4600 series gfx card, might be worth upgrading that.

Your CPU will struggle, but it meets the minimum specifications. I will be playing with a similar CPU.

Your video card does not meet minimum specifications. You will not be able to get playable FPS at 1920x1080. Maybe if you set it to 1280x720 at minimum details. But don't count on it.

A good idea would be to download a demo of Crysis 2, or download the CryEngine 3 SDK and let it render some sample scenes. That way you will know what to expect. However, note that getting 20 FPS standing still in some landscape will not be enough - once there's 3-5 'Mechs onscreen and lasers flashing and missiles detonating, you'll be down to a slideshow. You want at least 20 in the heaviest action scenes you can find, or you won't have fun playing.

EDIT: here's some upgrade advice.

For the CPU, there's unfortunately not much you can do without spending a lot of cash, because they're no longer being produced. You can try and see if you can find a Core 2 Quad Q9550 on ebay at a price you find acceptable - don't pay more than 130 for it though, if you did you could get a newer CPU plus mainboard for the same price. Verify that your Mainboard can handle it first, though.

Alternatively, you can look into some modest overclocking. Getting the CPU to run 3.6 instead of 3.2 should get you a tangible benefit in a CPU-limited game, without requiring you to jump through hoops in terms of cooling or hardware wizardry. However, if you've never overclocked a socket 775 system before, get help from someone who did, and do your research homework first! Also, you need to check if your mainboard offers you the relevant settings. Many OEM vendors disable these options to force the consumer to buy new systems more often.

For the video card, a Radeon 6750 will cost you about 70. If you want to invest more, a Radeon 6850 is a killer deal at around 110. Going higher than that isn't really necessary because of your weak CPU. As before, verify that your power supply can handle it first.
