Changeing A Units Name / Commander Possible?

Is it possible to change the units name and leader without kicking out the current one?
Our current leader dosn't want to play FP anymore but want to stay in the unit...just in case.

Also can you be part of two units? Like could I start my own unit while still beeing in the old one?

You can change Unit leader by having the current one assign someone else in unit as the new leader. Unit name might be changeable if the unit leader sends an email to support. You cannot be part of two units at the same time.
