On a side note, the phase 3 of scouting ecm is basically worthless. It needs a buff to at least 25 seconds.

I'd prefer to see it do something more, like prevent the opposing side from using Arty/air/UAV consumables for the duration of the match. Even a longer satellite sweep would be more useful or sat sweep every minute instead of every 2.

Yeah it seems like they went from the ridiculously overpowered long tom to the tragically underpowered ECM...
