Can you remove all the AC nerfs and introduce a boating nerf system (like ghost heat).

The more you add per weapon/type, the longer the recharge delay is.

Small weapon boaters like the ac2's should be less strict as they take a very long time to accumulate damage.

Twin gauss can introduce a slightly longer recharge to balance the poptarts.
