I just bought the Warrant, was looking around for some builds to play around with while i farm up the skills. keep seeing one with 3 ballistics in the shoulder. But there is no omnipods with 3 ballistics in either shoulder. Im curious was this mech nerfed after release? If so how mad were people?

Don't think so, sure you're not thinking of a different mech?

Hmmm, I know that there is a build that has been growing in popularity recently, one that involves putting triple ERPPCs in the A variant RT. Perhaps that is what you saw.

There's never been a triple ballistic torso Omnipod for any Timberwolf, ever.

No triple ballistic.

The warrant offers a new ballistic hardpoint in one of the arms (some people prefer lefty gauss over righty gauss, and vice versa, so this is a big deal for them) and the right torso has an energy hardpoint-- the only other torso with this feature is the TBR-S right torso and it has 2 locked jumpjets and some hefty negative mobility quirks on it.

I looked at buying a Warrant last week. I concluded it doesn't enable any loadout that would be all that special.

nope no TBR ever had 3Ballistics in a ST,

Russ once made a Joke that perhaps a Cool TBR Hero could have a 3Ballistics in a RT to match the A-LT,
but that was Clearly a Joke, and was made the better half of a year ago, so i think we are safe, ;)

But the 6MG spider was too powerful and had to be nerfed
