why are we getting so few cbills now I got 5 kills 1800 dam and only 200,000 cbills I used to get a lot more on a loss even when I did worse and when I won I only got 800,00 with over 2k dam and 8 kills when I used to get 1.5 million cbills quick play pays more on a loss or did that get cut also

Well, you lost. Losing means you don't get paid much.

Are you using different 'mechs?

i.e. switched out your decks to not user hero or cbill boosted 'mechs?

Are you not running premium time anymore?

Were you a TSP owner and just now noticing the boost is gone?

EDIT: Also, just kills and damage won't tell us much. How many solo kills? Components destroyed? Savior kills? It's the smaller bonuses that stack up at the end of a match.
