its asking 4netplayers or gamed!de which one 4netplayers?

You don't need those. These are for making your own servers.
I understand you want to talk to other MWO players with teamspeak. There are already servers for this. To do so, you just need to
1.install Teamspeak client,
2. configure it, (settings or whatever it is called in the client)
3. use "connect" option (top left corner) that will open a window. There you need to type in serwer adress and password (if there is one) of the server you want to connect to, and nick you want to have on the server.
Server adresses for MWO players can be found on this forums. Units usually post their addresses. There are also servers that allow freelancers to play with their friends, like the NGNG server.
(address: voip01.n1585.hypernia.net:9992 password = mechwarrior)

went to NGNG set up mic and speakers, but see no chat or hear nothing ..was in the public channel ngng
mic has a icon beside my name say mic disabled though
