1. I know it works on the steam version of the game and not the stand alone.
2. Only happens on the maps where the drop ships do that crisscross the map fly by. Where they fly across the enemy side of the map after a drop.

You all probably noticed by now how u get that sound when that someone has targeted you right at drop on some of these maps. That person who has targeted you is actually the dropships

The joke is that you can gain access to their map at the time of drop by pressing 'B' to pull up their battle map.

You have to do it at just the instance you are able to pull the map up and it doesn't seem to always work or there is a timing for this. I just spam 'B' now to force it.

When the map pulls up, you got a normal battle field map with the drop ship's vision. goes away once u exit it.

Thats about it. I really thought someone was using a real map hack but its simply PGi being PGi. Lord knows PGi

I like to see if this did work on the non-crisscross maps like polar heights. maybe a mech has to move within a specific range of an off screen drop ship
