The only possible connection I could think of is if Robert Kardashian was involved with the Harmony Gold legal proceedings back in the 90s. Am I right?

Not the line I was thinking...but it might be :)

The Jenner is named after Bruce Jenner, which is cool since he is a gold medalist in the decathlon, so I guess its a step-link since he is the step father to those girls.

It's because their fan base overlaps in many ways.

Nothing personal, but if we could lock this thread, rip it from the internet, sedate it, hog-tie it, shoot it in the face, strap it to a rocket and fire it into the sun, that would be good.

Or maybe I just hate the Kardashians a wee bit, and am slightly upset they have even made it into this forum. Here. A sanctuary of sorts.

And now I feel kinda dirty.

I need a scotch.

When I turned 21 (this past June actually) my father gave me a glass of single malt scotch that he'd purchased on the day of my birth and had kept hidden away all these years. It was barrel aged for 20 years when he purchased it, so by my birthday it was around 41 years old.

I've never tasted anything so amazing and smooth in my life.

I don't drink hard liquor often (more of a beer kind of guy) but if I did, I'd probably go for a nice single malt scotch. Or maybe a brandy if its cold... yeah...

EDIT: I couldn't care less about the Kardashians

One chronicles the decline and destruction of a once advanced and proud society now bent on self destruction through its own greed and personal ambitions.

The other, of course, is about robots fighting each other.

You know Glen Morangie...I could drink it till I die. so easy to kill a bottle with a couple of friends. By kill I mean drink. not murder. I'd run out of both my friends if i did it that way.

You are very right. Scotch (in fact all whiskeys/whiskies) is much better than them.

Both Battlemechs and the Kardashians have at least 300 years worth of work on them that no one remembers the original serial numbers?

If you can find the Arran malt >any of them> they are glorious. Did the distillery tour a few months back. tastes like heaven. Silky smooth heaven. but it#s pretty hard to come by; it's the youngest distiller in Scotland, only been going since the mid ninties. but so, so good...

Of all the scotch I've tried, Bowmore varieties are my favorites. Very smooth and very flavorful. The various types taste quite different.

super models

Whoa whoa. Let's not get crazy.

There is no amount of scotch that is going to make me believe the Kardashians are super models. She may have been in a few dog food commercials, or sold a wrist watch for Timex.. but common..
