I am new to the game and tried to redeem the Free 1 Day premium time code (JAN2017FTP) on the site. I am getting an error code about the redeemed code. I didnt see a similar topic already listed in the forums.
Two new players I started with have redeemed the code successfully, so I know it works for others.
Any suggestions?

The 1 day code had a time limit for redemption since it was a holiday code reward for new years, which has passed. The only valid codes currently is the NCIX mech one.

The website page lists the expire date as Jan 31st, 2017. I should still have 2.5 weeks before the expire takes effect. And the NCIX code should have expired by now.
