Honestly it's just more proof that the people making these decisions at PGI are potato level players.
They're trying to create a 'thinking man's shooter' (a tag line that World of Warships is horning in on in their ads, by the way), but they aren't apparently putting much 'thought' into it.
HPG Relay has the only sensible location of the circle, BUT, the stupid alpha/betas are place in the dumbest f'ing spot possible.
Were it me making these maps, those things would be BEHIND the walls, BEHIND the alpha and bravo lance spawn points, not RIGHT in the f'ing doorway to be potshotted by anyone walking by from the opposite doorway, and also blocking 'mech movement.
But yeah, for most other maps it's f'tarded the way they're placing spawn points and capture points, and in FW these problems with these points is just that much more exacerbated.
