Honestly, I don't look at this as a concern necessarily. It makes more sense to complain to the providers about their caps (I'm sure that isn't as doable in certain countries for whatever reason).

With that said, I would like to think that most online games aren't that demanding of bandwidth... depending on their designs. I don't think it's something to be concerned about unless the "data waste" is noticeable. I'd be more concerned if the game's netcode is problematic.
