Just fire, and they will always home to your target, even without lock after launch?

Yep. They're not like LRMs. Once fired, Streaks will always home in to the target unless they smack into something else that's solid.

Nice,,last questions. Why does SRM quirks affect streak? Also does SSRM4s and SSRM2s are more accurate?

As far as I know, SRM spread does not affect Streaks. Streaks lock on to a single 'bone' on a mech (i.e. CT, STs, Legs, arms...) at launch, and just home in on those. There should be no difference in accuracy between SSRM4 and SSRM2.
SSRMs are considered subtypes of SRMs; just as generic PPC quirks affect ERPPCs as well, so do SSRMs and SRM quirks.

I wish LRMs were fire and forget. Makes them less bad.

Superficial. That even though it's listed to affect SSRMs, ultimately it does nothing.
