I just need to get this off my chest. So congratulations to Inner Sphere pilots. Us Clanners will have to wait for a 20 tonner position to be filled at a later date. Just gonna vent now for the rest of the thread.

HAHAHAHAHAHA, NO TROLLFISH FOR YOU. With that out of the way, lets get down to the serious business of trying to figure out what mech it will be. I personally am hoping for the Hornet, a semi-humanoid 20 tonner that wouldn't be absolute crap, unlike the Wasp/Stinger.

Hey, if the Clans get any of that fresh new tech they mentioned, I'm fine with delaying the Piranha. That, and 3060+ mechs. Fingers crossed for the Mad Cat MKII instead of Russ' stupid Blood Asp.

Interesting, is there some variant of Hornet that would do well in MWO? I just know one of my most traumatic experiences in tabletop was rolling one on a RAT...
Personally hoping for Stinger/Wasp, though that's with the realization that any 'mechs PGI's art dept models are not only for MWO but also HBS BT and MW5:M. At this juncture I'm starting to take the long view and am more interested in those games. And I'd love the Stinger and Wasp for the campaign play. I doubt I'd buy one for MWO.

"The Inner Sphere and Clans will both be receiving two ‘Mechs, with at least one of their two respective ‘Mechs hailing from the 3060+ era."
What if they release both Mad Cat Mk.II and Blood Asp?

A bit torn on that. I think the Clanners really deserve a 'mech in each weight class, but I doubt PGI's going to sell us a second light 'mech any time soon, so I'm happy that the one they are selling us might be the Javelin.
If it isn't, well... then I'll be a slight bit annoyed. Oh well.

Sorry Restos, the only CDS mech I will support is the Tiburon.
