I can't use HBR-F(L) right torso on my HBR-PRIME(I). Is this intentional?
I do own HBR-F(L).

you will have to take it off the -F to equip it on the prime. Can't buy it with cbills yet

You can use it, you just can't buy any of the loyalty pods. You have to remove the RT pod from the HBR-F(L) as you have done with the LT pod, then you'll see it for use on your prime.
