Not aware of a huge wave of poptarting. I see mechs take a few shots that way, but they don't just park on a ridge and what are jumpjets for if not to be evasive? Jumpjets need serious buffs in MWO, I don't even bother using them on mechs that are stuck with 5 or 6 fixed JJ's except to get over a hill or something. Used to be usable in combat, not poptarting, evasion.

Yeah. In lore the IS Highlander is known for its mobility. In MWO... not so much.
