My builds for this mech so far:
HUNCHNECK Haven't tried this one yet, but I intend for it to feel like the double UAC5 build I ran on Grid Iron a while back
RGH-1B - ROUGHDRAW Used this one once, seemed pretty fun. Felt like what the Quickdraw hero was intended to be
RGH-1C - ANTI-META SANDBLASTER Originally had an AC20 and LRM10 instead, but after getting sick of the AC20 I thought "Eh, why the hell not?" Everything that it shoots spreads everywhere but it was still funny to use
EDIT: It took me long enough, but I've only just realised that my build for the -1A and -1B are practically identical

Running exactly the same build as you on the 1A - really like it.
On the 1B I've had a surprising amount of success with an XL 275, 3 x AC2, 3 x LRM5 and an MPL in the head. Keep a mid range (not long) and use the LRMs to safely put fire down and get some cockpit shake going before you can get the arm mounted AC2s into the fray. Then, if you start taking too much incoming, back off behind cover keeping the LRMs going with the odd head poke from the MPL. It's surprisingly effective even though each weapon on their own looks a bit uninspiring.
As for the 1C, I went with a more single minded approach - LB10X AC and 3 x SRM4. With the stock standard engine it's a good brawler if you remember to protect your Shadowhawk shoulder.
Took me a while to get to grips with this mech but enjoying it a lot now.
