Being neutral, I have to ask those here, any and all:

The best times to play in Faction Play are..?

I'd like to know so that I can setup some time to play in there, since I can't find out myself because there's no longer a number count of how many are playing.

its busy most of the day american time including mornings, itll slow down around 1 or 2 am from my knowledge andits kind of a deadzone for teams playing until morning again

Whenever you can really, or whenever your friends are online. There's no 'good time' or 'bad time' it depends on how many peeps you can get together with.

Play with people you like, you'll have more fun that way

Okay, you've got me friended right?

If you see me in lobby, odds are very high it's a good time to drop, if you see me in a game, we won't be able to shoot eachother, and you'll wanna wait a bit. ^__^

Honestly, I've found that after the Ceasefire between the American evening and Oceanic time things tend to slow down, which is a shame, cuz that's when I'm on most of the time. usually the first few hours'll be fine, but afterwards things get a bit spare. So far though, things've been alot better for wait times, but then my unit has gone IS, so it could just be the supposed player imbalance working in our favour.
