Here is what would make me buy the Javelin.

If I or some one could pilot an Atlas, pick up a Javelin and throw it at the enemy and have it skewer the enemy mech. Then I would buy a Javelin.



Hopefully more climactic but you get the point.

Nothing, I'm afraid. I like it as a mech, and I think it's a good addition, but I can't pilot lights for beans, so I'm not going to pay actual cash for something I can't use.

I already bought it, despite not being an IS or humanoid mech fan, just because it's a light mech. And I promised I'd buy a light mech if they released it.

A different salemodel maybe. not liking that the hero is "only" 10 bucks while the special is 15 with build-in premium time.

It's a lot better than the normal price model for previous mech packs.

Nothing in my case. I cannot see any reason to add another light mech to the ones I own. (and rarely use).

Considering the panther is the only light 'mech i have in my garage I've been waiting for a light 'mech to catch my interest.

That might be true, but it doesn't mean the salesmodel is any good.

No reason to buy Javelin, when there is the Assassin. 40 tonners get buttloads of quirks.

Well, in CW if one wants a 30 ton mech, then the Javelin might be used.

Gotta support any lights at this point, hope for the best and all. I can make a hussar styled build with this guy too. I'm coo with that.o.k... Well... Slightly more adjustable then a pure ct slot... Though the locations on the panels for E points, assuming they don't just plop on the missile locations, look low...

I'd buy it if PGI showed genuine interest in fixing FP, or IS vs Clan balance.
