I have some faction play questions:
1) What is the tonnage limit to scout? (how can i see it? Some people said to me is 50, but in the dropdeck configuration shows 55)
2)What rewards i'm able to earn on this mode?
3) Do i have to play the loyalist to have those rewards? So i need to buy mechs from both factions? Clan and IS?

you earn XP and Mech bays i think some other stuff, i can't seem to find where the faction achievements page has gone.
Tonnage, right now, IS gets 55 tons, Clan is 50 max
You can get the rewards on all the factions, but it takes a long time.. and in that case you would need both IS and clan mechs.. My suggestion is learn the game a bit, then try out the scouting, either side works for that.
