Catapults could all be aligned to 8 slots like the last hero butterbee:

Jester -> 8E
C1 -> 2M 6E
C4 -> 6M 2E
K2 -> 6E 2B or 4E 4B for some MG fun
A1 -> 8M

In general, most "1st generation" mechs are under-slotted.

Not even a mention of the Kintaro, it's that totally forgotten.

KTO-18 and Golden Boy are both excellent LRM platforms for their weight.

I think that the heavies and to some degree assaults turn so damn fast that it is extremely hard for light/fast mechs to use their speed to stay out of firing arcs for a meaningful time.

That and compared to heavies the agility quirks on lights (which is really ironic) get blown out of the water facilitate the problem of most lights being underperformers.
I honestly do not get it that the class which is all about speed and agility gets totally outdone by said quirk amounts by a class which carries thrice the armour and weaponry /shakes head

In no particular order:

Panther too slow to escape a lot of fire, low hardpoints, no sustained fire...

Wolfies their buff was a good step and they really do not need much but some minor agility quirks would help them a great deal

Jenner IIC aka a lunch-truck It really needs some agility quirks because it is hilarious that every heavy mech I possess seems to respond much better than a light mech add its fragility on top of it and ummm...yeah. Putting a 300 XL into a Cent-D and a Jenner IIC and then compare the movement is a real eye-opener

Huginn - needs ages of up-time on a target which is a problem in the game's current state

Firestarter - they are too large and take so much damage that it isn't even funny anymore

King Crabs could use a stabilizer or gyro or something for those torso weapons because they wobble.
Normal crabs twist great but turn like a battleship.
Commandos OP plz send more targets. Seriously the 1B could use its pre-nerf heat generation quirk back.
Vindicators don't need another dip in the magic armor pool but really they move clunky like a trial Atlas.
We covered Jenners right?
