Shame on a clanner who try to run las on a clanner
Who buck wild wit tha cannon
Shame on a clanner who try to run las on a clanner
Who buck wild wit tha cannon

Hut one, hut two, hut three, hut!

Ol' Dirty Steiner, live and uncut!
Torso unbreakable, laserboat what
To the young pub, ya wanna get gun? ALPHA
BLAOW! How you like me now? Don't Gauss the Rifle
Ruthless wild!
Do ya wanna getcha XL knocked the (what) out?
Wanna get on it like that, well then shout!

Yo LZA, yo Lazor!
Hit me with the major
The damage, my Clan understand it be flavor
Gunnin, hummin comin atcha
First I'm gonna getcha, once I gotcha, I gat-cha
You could never capture the Atlas's stature
For ACs and base captures, got Clanners resigning, now master
my style? Never! I put the streak in the missiles kid, I'm terror
Laser bright, I sever
the arms from the shoulders, I'm better
than my compeda, you mean competitor, whadeva!
Let's group together

Shame on a clanner who try to run game on a clanner
Who buck wild with tha la-BLAOW

To the tune of "Puttin' on the Ritz"

Have you seen those Clanner 'Mechs, get a load of those tech specs,
Loaded up with AC/5s, pulse lasers that cut like knives,
Hewing close to zellbrigen, alpha striking us and then
Hitting their jump jets. They've got no regrets:
'Cause if you're Clan and you don't know how to battle why don't you load up with a 'Mech
With overpowered tech.
Dopes who can't hit broadsides of barns will do alright and make you a wreck
With overpowered tech.
Your 'Mech can barely stand up to a missile
The Clanners regard you with mere dismissal ("what a pisshole!")
For now just do your best leg them or alpha strike them, they'll cash your check
With overpowered tech.

You all sound like those dezgra Nova Cats.

Been reading all the Jihad sourcebooks lately so that's why this one will be depressing

I was an eager, young mechwarrior in 3067
When the Word rained fire down from heaven
A graduate from the academy on New Avalon
Just sworn in by Martial Jackson Davion
I ran to my mech, a brand new Garm
Praying its armor would keep me from harm
We'd just left the hangar, as it cracked and crumbled
The strike didn't brake us, but it did leave us humbled
The Wobbies appeared as if out of thin air
We took heavy losses but gave back our fair share
Their battle-armor would strike then seem to vanish
As his mech was swarmed, Lt. Martinez cried out in spanish
Dying, he begged God for mercy and asked for a padre
With his death I was the last of the 1st NAIS Cadre...

A mechwarrior who breach he NDA ?
A shameful mechwarrior.

Edit:
The Mittani, old and steadfast,
Answered in the words which follow:
"Yet a mech might be constructed
Even of the bones of bird"

As all true MechWarriors are philosopher-poets and clients of Calliope, I'm mortified that there is no dedicated sub-forum for the display of fine verse in direct competition with deadly rivals. This "Fan-Art" forum will have to suffice for now.

I throw the floor open for all wordsmiths, dreamers, and comedians to display their talent. Haiku, limericks, odes, ballades, edda, villanelle. Show us your meter.

I'll open the thread with a little number I stole from Lord Tennyson put together to commemorate the Pyrrhic assault by Clan Hell's Horses on Luthien circa 3033 in PoptartsNinjas AU Battletech LP.

I approve of this.

Back in the CCAF

Flew in to New Avalon STLD
Didn't get to drop last night
On the way the neuro helm was on my knee
Man, I really hate star flight
I'm back in the CCAF
Federated Suns fear my wrath, boy
Back in the CCAF, yeah

Been away so long I hardly knew my lance
Gee, it's good to be back home
Load some ammunition up into my CASE
Honey turn the reactor on
I'm back in the CCAF
Gauss rifle hit left me deaf, boy
Back in the CC
Back in the CC
Back in the CCAF

Well the Death Commandos really knock me out
They leave no trace behind
And Warrior Houses don’t know pain or doubt
The Maskirovka’s always on my my my my my my my my my mind
Oh, come on
Hu hey hu, hey, ah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm back in the CCAF
Flank ‘em around to the left, boys
Back in the CCAF

Well the Death Commandos really knock me out
They leave no trace behind
And Warrior Houses don’t know pain or doubt
The Maskirovka’s always on my my my my my my my my my mind

Oh, fire the lasers mounted in my robots chest
The autocannon in my arm
Let me see your ejector seat firing out
This cockpit’s getting really warm
I'm back in the CCAF
Hey, we’re in this to the death, boy
Back in the CCAF
Oh, let me tell you honey
